"Scuse me while I kiss the sky" - Jimi Hendrix

The Music Hall was built adjacent to the Coliseum in 1937. It was the home of Houston Symphony and many plays. It only seated 3,000 people so most of the bands appearing there where not yet superstars. The acoustics were wonderful and there was not a bad seat in the house. It was my favorite place to see a concert. Pink Floyd, Led Zepplin, Emerson Lake and Palmer, and Spirit were my favorite all time concerts at the Music Hall.
